We list specific sizing information in each of our individual kits but generally speaking, here are some general guidelines:
Number of Wheels: 1-8 – Most standard lego cars have between 1-8 wheels. The number of wheels depends on the body style and overall size of the car. Angle of Attack: Flat – The surface area of the airfoil is flat (no angle). Dormant – The surface area of the airfoil is not flat but rather undulating (similar to a wave). Overall Size: Smaller – Generally speaking smaller bodies are easier to build and maintain due to increased surface area per unit volume. Larger – Generally speaking larger bodies are more difficult to build and maintain dueto increased mass per unit volume.
2. Choose Your Motor Case

There are many different types of motor cases available but we highly recommend opting for an electric starter motor case if possible . For example , if one part requires 20mm x 20mm , cut 10cm x 10cm pieces from cardboard . Using scissors or mitre saw , carefully cut out each piece until it is roughly 20mm x 20mm . Glue these cuts together using super glue or epoxy . If using super glue , simply stick the bottom end to the top end as shown in the picture below . If using epoxy , fill any large gaps with super glue as shown in the picture below .
