As for the axles, they are fully locked not limited slip so they are great in the snow. would be nice if shipped with tires as well as the tracks slip off after prolonged used on dry pavement or carpet. battery life is terrible but a simple mod with battery cage has extended life from 15 to 20 min to hours of run time. batteries should be doubled and installed in parallel to increase the use time.
